All rides are non-refundable. However, we understand things come up and you may need to reschedule. Reschedules are allowed up to 7 days before the tour and will be charged a $100 fee for the schedule change. Reschedules less than 7 days prior to a tour will not receive a credit for another ride.
Spokeeasy operates rain or shine! It’s still a lot of fun- think of it as an adventure. We ONLY cancel tours on our end if there are unsafe conditions (defined as a severe weather warning by Nation Weather Service).
